What is the ordering process?
After you purchase a hood through the website or over the phone, we will begin designing the hood. Once the design is approved, we place the order with our manufacturer.
What information should I have before calling?
The width of your stovetop and the height of your kitchen. The numbers don't have to be too exact. Most of our hoods have a tolerance between 1/4"-1/2"
How long will it take before I receive my order?
11 months out of the year, our lead time is approximately 7-9 weeks for hoods. Around the end of January into late February, our lead times will jump to about 10-12 weeks. Contact us for specific case lead times.
Is shipping included in the price?
Yes, shipping is free to the lower 48 states.
Do you offer expedite shipping?
Yes, lead times for expedited shipping is roughly 4 weeks and has a flat rate of $2,500/
How do I make a change after I've placed my order?

Do you ship to Canada?
We no longer ship to Canada.
